Terms & Conditions

In short

These terms explain how you can use infitus.in and how we work with clients. In short: every project starts with a written proposal and a fixed quote, you own the final work once it's fully paid for, we keep your information confidential, and if something goes wrong we'll talk it through with you first.

1.About these terms

infitus.in is run by Infitus Creative Studio ("Infitus", "we", "us"), a design and development studio based in Siliguri, West Bengal, India. By using this website or working with us, you agree to these terms. If you're agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you're allowed to do so.

For client projects, these terms sit alongside the proposal you approve. If the two ever disagree, the signed proposal wins for that project.

2.Using our website

You're welcome to browse, read and share links to our pages. Please don't:

  • copy our designs, text, case studies or images and present them as your own;
  • try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the website or its forms;
  • use bots to scrape content or send spam through the inquiry form;
  • use the website for anything unlawful.

The information on this website is here to help you understand what we do. It's accurate to the best of our knowledge, but it isn't a binding offer — the details of any project are set out in its proposal.

3.Proposals and project scope

Every project starts with a free consultation, followed by a written proposal that lists the scope (what we'll deliver), a fixed quote, the timeline and the payment schedule. Work begins once you approve the proposal and pay the first instalment.

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date on the proposal. Anything not listed in the scope — new pages, features, integrations or extra rounds of work beyond what was agreed — is a change request. We'll always quote a change before doing it, so there are no surprises on your invoice.

4.Payments and invoices

Payments follow the schedule in your proposal, usually split into milestones. We send invoices by email, and you can pay securely online through our payment partner, Razorpay. Taxes such as GST are added where they apply and shown clearly on each invoice.

If a payment is more than 14 days late, we may pause work until it's settled, and the timeline moves accordingly. Questions about an invoice? Email billing@infitus.in and we'll sort it out.

Cancellations and refunds are covered in our Refund Policy.

5.Timelines, feedback and revisions

Good projects are a partnership. To keep yours on schedule, we ask that you:

  • share content, logins, brand assets and feedback when they're needed;
  • give one set of consolidated feedback per review round;
  • make sure you have the rights to any material you send us (text, images, logos, fonts).

Revisions are included within the agreed scope, and we'll keep refining until the work matches what we agreed. If feedback or content arrives late, the timeline shifts by the same amount — we'll always tell you how.

6.Who owns the work

Once a project is paid in full, you own the final deliverables we created for you — designs, source files and code written specifically for your project.

  • We keep ownership of our own tools, reusable components and know-how that existed before your project; you receive a permanent licence to use them as part of your product.
  • Third-party items — fonts, stock images, plugins, open-source code — stay under their own licences, which we'll point out to you.
  • Until the final payment, all rights in the work remain with us.

We may show finished work in our portfolio and case studies. If your project is confidential, just tell us — we'll keep it private.

7.Confidentiality

We treat your business information, ideas and data as confidential and only use them to deliver your project. We're happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement before you share detailed plans. How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

8.Hosting, domains and other services

Websites and apps rely on outside services such as hosting, domains, app stores, payment gateways and APIs. These are provided by other companies under their own terms and prices. We'll help you choose and set them up, but we aren't responsible for their outages, policy changes or price increases.

9.Support after launch

Every project includes 30 days of free support after launch to fix any bugs in the work we delivered. After that, we offer monthly support plans for updates, new features and maintenance. For help at any time, email support@infitus.in.

Free support doesn't cover problems caused by changes made by others, third-party services, or new features — those are quoted separately.

10.Limits of our liability

We take great care with every project, but no software is perfect. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project, and we aren't liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, lost data or business interruption.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under Indian law.

11.Ending a project

Either of us can end a project with written notice by email. You'll pay for the work completed up to that point, and we'll hand over everything that has been paid for. Any refund is worked out under our Refund Policy.

12.Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If there's ever a disagreement, please contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly with a conversation. If we can't resolve it together, the courts at Siliguri, West Bengal will have jurisdiction.

13.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Changes don't affect projects already under a signed proposal unless we both agree.

We're happy to explain anything here in plain terms. Reach Infitus Creative Studio on any of these:
