Data Deletion Policy

You can ask us to delete any personal data we hold about you, including:

• details you sent through our inquiry form, email or WhatsApp;
• notes and correspondence from calls and meetings;
• project files and content you shared with us;
• your contact details in our address book;
• your project from our portfolio and case studies.

• Email support@infitus.in with the subject "Data deletion request".
• Send it from the email address you used with us, so we can find your data and confirm it's really you.
• Tell us what you'd like deleted — everything, or something specific.

If you're asking on someone else's behalf, include proof that you're allowed to act for them. We may ask a simple question to verify your identity before deleting anything — this protects you from someone else deleting your data.

• Within 7 days — we confirm we've received your request and tell you if we need anything else.
• Within 30 days — we delete your data from our email, files and systems, and ask our service providers to do the same.
• When it's done — we email you to confirm what was deleted and anything we had to keep.

Copies in automatic backups are removed as those backups are replaced on their normal schedule, and are never restored for any other purpose in the meantime.

Some records have to be kept by law, even after a deletion request:

• invoices, payment and tax records — for as long as Indian tax law requires (currently at least six years for GST records);
• records we need to handle an ongoing legal claim or dispute.

We keep these only for that purpose, and delete them as soon as we're allowed to.

When you like a team member's profile, we store only a one-way coded version of your IP address — not the address itself — so we can't link it back to you or look it up. To remove a like, simply tap the heart again from the same connection; the record is deleted straight away.

Websites, apps and designs we've handed over belong to you and run on your accounts, so deleting your data with us doesn't affect them. If personal data is stored inside your own product (for example, your customers' data), that's under your control — we're happy to help you set up deletion there too.
